Hi, I am Kent. I am a dedicated family man on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to succeed in both business and life. With four children and a loving spouse, I understand the importance of balancing professional ambition with personal fulfillment.
“Do it right the first time!” I wish that was the motto for all entrepreneurs, but my experience of 20+ years working with business owners tells me that is not the case. Having coached in over 50 different industries with over 200 businesses, I can reassure you that “giving it a try” or “going it alone” is not the path to your success.
No professional athlete excels without coaching; growing a profitable business is the same. Kent has gained global acclaim for his work as an international speaker and award-winning coach. His achievements have also earned him recognition as the premier coach in Canada, and the only Million Dollar Coach in the country.
Samm is a dynamic leader with a passion for helping others succeed. With over 25 years of sales experience across the energy, publishing and professional sports sectors, she understands what it takes to build lasting client relationships, drive profitable sales and exceed expectations. A graduate of the University of Hampshire, Samm pairs that experience with a results-driven approach.
Samm is known for asking the right questions: the kind that challenge perspectives, uncover opportunities and inspire action. Her drive started long before business. From the age of 11 she set her sights on representing Canada, became a member of the Canadian Women’s National Hockey Team program, and is now one of only 38 women in the country certified as a Hockey Canada Women Master Coach Developer.
Through a strategic approach backed by ActionCOACH’s proven systems in sales, marketing, team development and leadership, Samm equips business owners with the clarity, confidence and tools to achieve their biggest goals. A long-serving board member of Girls Hockey Calgary, she is a wife and the mother of two daughters.
